Why we publish our prices

No prices to negotiate, no hidden tiers. The price you see is the price you pay — for business customers, the quote is there for invoicing, never for haggling over the rate.

Billing questions

How does payment work?

It depends on the product. Stator-CRM, Rotor-FSM and the full suite are for business customers only: they are subscribed to annually, on quotation, and paid by bank transfer against invoice — quote, purchase order, invoice, then access is opened. Vector-MOM and Flux-Link are bought online, by card only, monthly or annually. Paying for the year in advance gives you 2 months free: 12 months for the price of 10. Everything is paid at subscription.

Can I add users during an annual subscription?

Yes, at any time. Added users are billed pro rata for the time remaining until your annual renewal date — you never pay a full year for an account opened part-way through. At renewal, billing resumes for all users.

Is there a minimum term?

It depends on the tool: Vector-MOM and Flux-Link have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time. Stator-CRM and Rotor-FSM, which shape the daily work of a whole team, run for 12 months, renewed automatically unless one month's notice is given. In every case, if you leave, your data remains accessible and exportable.

Are prices excluding or including VAT?

All prices shown exclude VAT, as is standard practice between businesses.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Nothing automatic: no card was requested, so there is no surprise charge. You choose whether to subscribe — or not. Your trial data is kept and reactivated when you subscribe.

Can I combine just some of the tools?

Of course: each tool can be subscribed to on its own. The full suite is simply the best-value option if you use several of them.
