Security & your data.

Your customer records, your inspection reports, your meeting minutes: they are the lifeblood of your business. This page sets out exactly where that data lives, how it is protected and how you get it back — no jargon and no promises nobody can check.

🇪🇺

Hosted in Europe

Our servers are in the European Union: applications and databases in Frankfurt (Germany), the Rotor-FSM database in Paris. Technical monitoring is hosted in the EU too. Your data is subject to European law, not the law of another continent.

💾

Backed up every night

Every database is backed up automatically each night, with an off-site copy in a vault separate from the hosting provider (30 versions kept) and a weekly snapshot of the whole server. A hardware failure cannot take your history with it.

📡

Monitored around the clock

Every application's availability is checked every 15 minutes by a service independent of our hosting provider. Technical errors are reported to us in real time — without any personal data — and the code runs through a suite of automated tests with every change.

🔐

Locked-down access

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text (bcrypt hashing), sessions cannot be read by the page's JavaScript (httponly cookies) and API keys are stored as a fingerprint — even our database does not know their value.

📤

Portable at any time

Your data remains yours. Exports are available from every application (PDF, Markdown, spreadsheets) and permanent deletion on simple request. No reselling, no advertising use, no lock-in: if you leave, you leave with everything.

A security question, a concern, a vulnerability to report? Write to contact@indusiax.com and the team that built the software answers you — not a call centre.

The details

Where exactly is your data?

The applications and their databases run on servers located in Frankfurt (Germany, Hostinger). The Rotor-FSM database is hosted by Supabase, Paris region. Your data is therefore stored entirely within the European Union. Vector-MOM's audio transcription runs on our own servers: your meeting recordings never leave our infrastructure. The AI-assisted drafting features rely on third-party services covered by our data processing agreement (DPA), available on request.

What happens if a server dies?

Three layers of protection: the daily backup of each database, its daily off-site copy (kept in a vault independent of the hosting provider, 30 versions), and a weekly snapshot of the whole server at the hosting provider. In the worst case — total destruction of the server — the loss is limited to the hours since the last nightly backup.

What about GDPR?

You remain the data controller for your business data; we act as your processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) listing our sub-processors and their roles is provided to business customers on request. Rights of access, rectification and erasure: see our privacy policy.

Transparency, by choice

Indusiax is a small industrial business, not a listed software vendor: we do not claim ISO 27001 certification. Instead, this page describes exactly what is in place — nothing more, nothing less — and we personally answer any technical question, however specialised, at contact@indusiax.com.
