You are back from a trade show with forty business cards in your pocket. Photograph them: Contiax turns them into clean contacts, ready to go into your phone, a spreadsheet or your CRM. And not just cards — an email signature reads just as well.

No limited trial, no credit card, no account. Indusiax gives Contiax away to make our software suite known — it is our own business card.
One photo, two seconds, and the record appears. Front and back read in one go. You check it, correct it if needed, and save.
Photograph the screen showing a message: the signature reads as well as a card, and often better — consistent formatting, no logo across the name. And you receive far more emails than business cards.
Into your phone's address book, a CSV or Excel file, or straight into your CRM. And it works even when the trade show network cannot keep up.
Your contacts stay in your phone. Our servers read the photo, send back the record, and keep nothing — neither the image nor the contact details.
No banner to click, because there is nothing to accept: no cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics. The page calls no other site.
Card reading is handled by Mistral AI, a French company. The service is hosted in the European Union. Nothing goes to a tech giant across the Atlantic.
Open scan.indusiax.com, tap the button, frame the card — or the screen showing an email signature. Add the back if it carries information.
The record appears filled in: name, company, job title, phone numbers in international format, email, address. Correct whatever needs correcting.
Into your phone with one tap, into a spreadsheet at the end of the show, or into your CRM automatically.
That is where the real work begins — following up, qualifying, closing. Contiax sends your contacts to the tool you already use, whatever it is: a generic webhook connects it to Zapier, Make or n8n, and therefore to most CRMs on the market.
And if you happen to be looking for a CRM that speaks your language — deals, quotes, sales rounds, installed base — discover Stator-CRM, built for industrial SMEs. Contiax connects to it with two fields.
There isn't one. Contiax costs us money — not much today, more as the number of users grows — and we treat it as a brand-awareness budget: if it is useful to you, you will know that Indusiax exists and that our software is designed by an industrial company, for industrial companies. That is all we expect.
It is received, stripped of its metadata — including the GPS location —, read, then discarded. It is never written to disk on our side. Our reading provider, Mistral AI, keeps it for up to thirty days to detect abuse; we would rather say so than suggest it vanishes instantly from end to end.
Yes. Contiax reads contact details, not a card format. An email signature, photographed on your computer screen, reads just as well as a business card — often better, because it is consistently formatted and no logo runs across the name. It has even become the most common case: you receive more signatures in a week than you collect cards at a trade show.
No. Contiax opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen to find it like an app, but nothing goes through an app store.
Take the photo anyway. The card waits in your phone and is sent automatically as soon as the connection returns. We designed it precisely for trade shows.
Ten a day, no strings attached. Beyond that, leave a business email address and you move up to fifty. These limits protect the service from automated use.
The interface is available in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. The cards themselves are read whatever their language.
There is always one. Thirty seconds is enough to see the result.
Open ContiaxContiax reads the cards you are given. For the one you hand out, we also make NFC business cards — a chip card that opens your contact record on the other person's phone, for €5.
